A fine alternative to the original, if you don't mind simplistic graphics
With this world you aren't getting the exact same graphical detail as Beat Saber, mostly to maintain a stable framerate on standalone with all of the extra processing load that VRChat needs.
Many of the charts feel great to play although not every song has the full 5 difficulty options...
Having the ability to do a 2-player match or spectate other people while they play adds much to the social experience, and the auto-scale settings make it easier to use many kinds of avatars which is a welcome addition.
A few weak points include the slow to use song searching system and none of the colour customization that other clones have.
