VRChat Group Staff Roles ＆ Responsibilities.
Owner
- Provides final say on all group matters.
- Sets overall vision‚ direction‚ and standards for the community.
- Oversees high-level partnerships‚ branding‚ and reputation.
- Delegates authority to Co-Founder and Management as needed.
Co-Owner
- A*sists the Owner with leadership and decision-making.
- Acts as a backup authority when the Owner is unavailable.
- Helps ensure policies are followed across all departments.
- Supports staff team morale and conflict resolution.
Staff Management
- Directly oversees staff activity‚ performance‚ and responsibilities.
- Coordinates staff schedules‚ a*signments‚ and duties.
- Monitors rule enforcement consistency across staff.
- Reports staff-related issues to Owner⁄Co-owner for review.
Admins
- Handle day-to-day moderation （warnings‚ kicks‚ temporary bans）.
- Help organize and run events.
- Monitor chat⁄voice for rule-breaking and safety issues.
- A*sist in onboarding new members into the community.
Moderators
- First line of community defense; handle low-level issues （spam‚ minor rule-breaking）.
- Monitor public and event worlds for group safety.
- Report bigger issues to Admins⁄Head Admins for escalation.
- Welcome and guide new members during group meetups.
Good Behavior
Treating all members with respect and professionalism.‚
Remaining calm and neutral during conflicts or disagreements.‚
Using moderation tools fairly and only when necessary.‚
Being active and available to a*sist community members when possible.‚
Encouraging a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone.‚
Communicating clearly and politely with both staff and members.‚
Following all group policies and setting a good example for others
