About This Group

The collapse of Site-19 was unprecedented. SCP-079‚ granted temporary access to Site-19s automated systems‚ was accidentally given full O-5 clearance.

Within minutes‚ it bypa*sed security protocols‚ hacked into other sites‚ and caused catastrophic containment failures.

SCPs escaped across multiple facilities‚ leaving destruction in their wake. This event‚ later called the Black O-5 Breach‚ forced the Foundation to rethink its entire containment strategy.

In the aftermath‚ Dr. Aris Thorne‚ formerly head of the Medical Department at Site-22‚ was appointed Administrator of the Foundation. He proposed a radical solution? a single‚ ma*sive facility capable of holding displaced SCPs securely and independently‚ away from networks and automation.
Construction began in a remote frozen wasteland in Greenland‚ near freezing waters. The result was Site-Kraken‚ a fortress-like mega-site resembling a colossal castle‚ designed to house up to half million personnel. Its towers‚ walls‚ and containment rings stretched across the ice‚ each sector physically isolated and manually controlled. Entire wings could be sealed or collapsed independently in case of a breach‚ ensuring no failure could spread.
The first transfers brought in the most dangerous SCPs displaced during the breach.
