( Why did i Make this Group ? )

Mental health Is a real and serious issue in today's society and most people are scared to speak up on the matter because for some reason its looked down upon. I'm a 19 year old Hispanic male and it took me a while to come forward and say I NEED HELP... because in my culture it's said that men shouldn't cry‚ shouldn't show any emotional vulnerability ‚ basically to suck it up. I remember Listening to this album for the very first time balling my eyes out because every single emotion i felt was perfectly described in this very album. This album got me out of a very dark place in my life ‚ it talks about the horrible pain and suffering that heart break‚ substance abuse ‚ and or mental health can bring into someone's life. Words can't describe the affect it's had on me and millions of other people all around the world. I made this Group for anyone going through something... know that you're not alone.
