A1 荒らし.迷惑行為の「通報」に対して、報酬を渡せる仕組み（報酬制度）を作るためです。

Q2 サブスクで得たクレジットは何のために使われるの？
A2 通報内容が正当だと確認できた場合に、報酬として通報者へ支払われます。

Q3 どうしてそんな制度にするの？
A3 以前の「よるガキ」では、荒らしや迷惑行為（特にパブリックでの問題）を完全に抑えきれなかった可能性があると考えています。
通報にメリットを持たせることで、より早く不適切なユーザーを減らし、安心できる場を維持したいです。
