In the year of our lord 2242 a platoon of survivors being of all descent known as the Mustang & sallies they traveled to the north west coast of the United States. Soon crossing Enclave outpost Malmstorm they discovered the reformist. The reformist were a group of secluded Enclave members with little contact to the rig but plenty to the wasteland this lead to new ideas diverging from the main line Enclave. The outpost was held by the 23rd Platoon of the 15th Enclave Infantry division stationed here in 2230 at the establishment of the outpost; along with the 1st sol wing of the Enclave American Detached Air Force. The 2 surviving forces of the Enclave joined to form the Northern Enclave Reconstruction Authority which prospers due to local compromises and more lenient wasteland treatment. The purist of the Oil Rig still believes in D**k Richards ideals and the belief of the wasteland waiting to be cleansed.

Until this day in 2270 NERA still controls a Dec chunk of the N.W. seaboard of America
