About This Group

A group for the Edmund Fitzgerald! On November 9‚ back in 1975‚ the Edmund Fitzgerald left at 2?15 PM‚ leaving Wisconsin Superior for Zug Island‚ which is located near Detroit‚ Michigan on its final voyage. Tragedy struck the night after. The ship was hit by a big wave‚ causing the ship to sink‚ split in half‚ and kill all of her 29 crew aboard. The ship sunk so quick that they didnt even have time to send help signals. What a sad way to go out. RIP to the 29 crew members onboard the Edmund when she went down.
