About This Group
400 sources in announcements!!
This is a group that promotes scientific literature for Dissociative Identity Disorder‚ and the subthreshold counterpart OSDD Type 1. This group will focus on etiology‚ nosology‚ entities such as the ISSTD & False Memory Syndrome Foundation‚ explore sociocultural influences‚ conceptualize the Post-Traumatic Model and Sociocognitive Model‚ educate on Memory Paradigms‚ show The History of DID‚ teach proper DSM interpretation‚ explain Falsification Criteria‚ educate about Research Methods & Corroboration‚ the debate of Dissociation as Fantasy Proneness vs Trauma‚ etc. It is a work in progress but will contain 100s of hours of research conglomerated in one place. All research conducted by someone with a Cognitive Psychology degree‚ formatted in half APA style with proper corroboration and falsification criteria for each model of DID. Information will be convergent science of both models that each have conceded as true‚ and also highlight areas of contentions without bias or alignment of one model over the other.
