This is Frostline speaking.

Section I Purpose
This space exists to be shared.

And rules exist to protect everyone inside them.

Volume does not create truth.
Status does not override conduct.

Rules are not suggestions.
They are boundaries.
Boundaries are not restrictions.
They are structure.
Structure allows freedom.
Without it‚ nothing lasts.

Section IV Moderation Defined
Moderation is not control.
It is care applied consistently.
It keeps worlds fair.
It keeps the air breathable.
It keeps creativity alive.
We do not silence voices.
We remove harm.
