A padded regressor is a person who engages in age regression and uses diapers (padding) for practical or medical reasons, not for sexual or k**k-related purposes.

A padded regressor wears diapers because they need to, not because they want to sexualize regression. The reasons are typically functional and supportive, such as:

Incontinence or bladder/bowel control difficulties

Medical or neurological conditions

Trauma-related regression, where body awareness decreases

Sensory comfort, safety, or anxiety reduction

Difficulty recognising or responding to bodily cues while regressed

For padded regressors, diapers are a care tool, similar to how someone might use mobility aids, weighted blankets, or other accessibility supports. They allow the regressor to feel safe, calm, and regulated, especially during deep regression states.

Importantly:

Padding is not about k**k or f****h

It is non-sexual

It is about care, comfort, and necessity

Many padded regressors actively distance themselves from k**k spaces

In regression communities, padded regression is generally treated as part of care-based, trauma-informed, or medical support, not adult content.
