About This Group

The Oversight & Investigation Division (O.I.D.) keeps Combine control by watching and fixing failures in civil, military, and administrative systems. It operates above Civil Protection and reports directly to Combine High Command. O.I.D. investigates CP units and officials, monitors surveillance systems, and tracks resistance activity before it grows. The division can override local leaders and decide punishments such as suppression, relocation, or removal. It is feared because it arrives only after mistakes, often followed by detentions, memory wipes, or disappearances.
