Pink Floyd was formed in London in 1965 by members Syd Barrett‚ Roger Waters‚ Nick Mason‚ and Richard Wright. While the band has had various issues and member changes‚ the "banned" incidents generally refer to their controversial live shows and the political climate in South Africa.
