What is Age Regression? Age Regression is when someone regresses back to younger ages usually because of trauma. Some people intentionally regress to cope or deal with their trauma or disorder they live with‚ some people may not even intentionally regress in the first place due to their ptsd or other issues! There is also Age Dreaming‚ intentionally dreaming to cope with trauma‚ hard times‚ or just to experience a childhood they never had‚ they dont mentally revert back the same way regressors do but it still is a therapeutic experience for some. Age Regression and Age Dreaming is never sexual.
