About This Group

We didn't disappear. We stepped back because we were imploding. Lets be honest˸ this wasnt about outside attacks. It was rot from within. Paranoia‚ insecurity‚ obsession with control - we banned people without reason‚ pushed others out for imagined offenses‚ and silenced anyone who questioned us. Not because we had proof‚ but because we feared losing control.

We built a fortress of ego more focused on being seen‚ being admired‚ than actually leading with purpose. We craved attention‚ and when we didnt get it‚ we spun conspiracies and pointed fingers. We were so convinced everyone was against us‚ we didnt stop to ask if maybe just maybe we had become the problem.

We tried to gatekeep a community while simultaneously judging it‚ mocking it‚ and‚ in some cases‚ discriminating against those who didnt fit our mold. Call it what it was˸ bigotry masked as strict standards. We werent just enforcing ruleswe were feeding our insecurities by lashing out at anyone who didnt feed our narrative.

Yes‚ we saw betrayal. But we also betrayed ourselves first. We gave two years to something and still werent satisfied because no amount of recognition will ever fix what we refused to face˸ that we were so busy trying to prove we belonged‚ we forgot to lead with integrity.
