1. Family Board Members

Highest authority of FHU. They oversee major decisions‚ leadership behavior‚ and longterm direction.

2. VRChat Owner

Responsible for all VRChat-related operations. Approves major decisions‚ supervises upper staff‚ and ensures smooth functionality.

3. Owners' Personal Advisor

Acts as a strategic a*sistant and advisor to ownership. Not a disciplinary role; more of a communication and support role.

4. Board of Directors

Senior leadership. They oversee major departments‚ approve changes‚ and support upper staff operations.

5. Head of Staff

Leads the entire staff team‚ oversees staffing issues‚ ensures rules are followed‚ and manages promotions.

6. Community Manager

Focuses on community health‚ hosts events‚ gathers feedback‚ and ensures members feel welcome.

7. Head Admin

Supervises the moderation team. Handles escalations‚ complex situations‚ and disciplinary decisions.

8. Lead Moderator

First rank allowed to moderate both Discord and VRChat if chosen. Helps train staff and supports Admins.

9. VRChat Admin

Upper-mod rank for VRChat. Handles major issues‚ reports‚ and world event safety.

10. VRChat Moderator

Enforces rules‚ a*sists members‚ handles minor issues‚ and reports incidents.

11. VRChat Trial Mod

Learning stage. Observes experienced staff‚ helps with basic tasks‚ and trains to become a full moderator.
