About This Group

＂ケモノ＂とは一般的に全身に生えた体毛やマズルと呼ばれる犬科動物のような長い鼻先、そのほか動物の耳や尻尾など動物的特徴がキャラクターデザインに占める割合に多いものを言います。
人間的なデザインのキャラクターに動物の耳や尻尾を付けたもの、いわゆる＂ケモ耳＂とは呼び方を区別しています。
ケモノ愛好家、いわゆるケモナーの中にはこのふたつの呼称を混同されることを不快に思う方もいます。
