About This Group

中國人民志願軍是中華人民共和國在1950年10月至1959年1月期間參加抗美援朝的中國方面部隊。中國人民志願軍1950年10月19日入朝參戰，由中國人民解放軍東北邊防軍改編而成，總計有240萬人先後加入中國人民志願軍. 中國人民志願軍的第一任司令員兼政治委員是彭德懷，鄧華為副司令員兼副政治委員，洪學智、韓先楚、宋時輪、陳賡為副司令員，解方任參謀長。至1953年7月27日，戰爭雙方在《朝鮮停戰協定》上簽字，抗美援朝戰爭結束，中國人民志願軍即分批從朝鮮撤離。1959年1月，志願軍司令部、政治部、後勤部建制均被撤銷. 2024年11月28日，第十一批在韓中國人民志願軍烈士遺骸回國。當日，韓方向我方移交43位烈士遺骸及495件遺物.
