About This Group

The Backwater Pact is an alliance between a bunch of maniacs‚ degenerates and all around b*****ds. We like to entertain themselves with chaos whether helping or harming‚ as long as we find it enjoyable. We also stick together through thick and then come hell or high water. But most of all we just like to hang out.
