I'll host instances and moderate when I'm on alongside staff‚ otherwise I'll open and just have some mods hang around‚ that or I just won't host

Please do note that this is my first owned group I plan on hosting instances in. I'm extremely new to group management and moderation‚ instances and moderation of said instances may be unrefined until I get in the groove of it. If there are any other group owner's or experienced moderators that would like to give me tips then I would gladly accept the advice‚ please bear with me while I get everything put together and make moderation 100％ functional and more effective‚ thank you. - Syndical
