Thunder Science Company was founded in the late 1940s in Arstotzka‚ and worked on virus research and atomic engineering until 1985‚ when Arstotzka contracted TSC to work on bioengineering for advanced soldiers. This led to the construction of the TOWER facility‚ which finished construction in 2006. In 2020‚ however‚ TSC was then again contracted to develop a cure for the Pale Plague that had overrun the world. This led to researchers bioengineering a substance dubbed latex （despite not being made of such a material）‚ which eventually led to the world ending in 2022‚ and the world becoming similar to that of Fallout.
