Main Intelligence Directorate‚ Division Psychotronics （GRU-P） （Russian˸ Главное разведывательное управление‚ отдел психотроники‚ tr. Glavnoye razvedyvatel'noye upravleniye‚ otdel psikhotroniki）‚ known simply as GRU Division Psychotronics or GRU Division ＂P＂‚ was the paranormal branch of the Soviet GRU dedicated to containment‚ research and application of the anomalous for the benefit of the Soviet Union. They operated during World War II and the Cold War‚ developing eigenweapons for the Soviets before the USSR's collapse in 1991‚ prompting GRU-P to dissolve; however‚ many of its members remained and collaborated with each other even after GRU-P was rendered defunct.
