Your fingers brush against the delicate silk of your sleeve‚ and beneath its softness‚ the tips of your claws catch the moonlight‚ sharp and gleaming. Behind you‚ your tail flicks‚ brushing against the low branches as you make your way through.

A rustle of leaves breaks the stillness‚ and you pause‚ listening. You breathe in deeply‚ catching the faint scent of pine‚ damp earth - and something sweeter. You know he is close.

At the edge of the clearing‚ you stop‚ cloaked in the shadows. Your eyes catching the soft golden glow of his porch. Your ears perk up at the sound of his pacing just behind the paper-thin walls‚ unaware of your presence. The ache in your chest tightens‚ an ancient hunger that stirs beneath your skin‚ growing stronger with every visit‚ weakening your resolve.

You've done it before. Centuries ago‚ you indulged‚ losing control with someone you loved. To you‚ time flows differently‚ endless and unchanging‚ but the memory remains fresh - a wound that never heals.

To survive‚ youve turned to othersstrangers drawn to your allure‚ their lives ending in a quiet‚ inevitable surrender to your hunger. And with each encounter‚ the guilt gnaws at you. You feed and then return‚ desperate to feel human again.

But no matter how many others you take‚ it's never enough.

You turn away‚ the darkness swallowing you whole‚ and the hunger inside stirs‚ patient and waiting. You'll come back again‚ drawn to him like always. And when the hunger rises once more‚ you'll leave.
