Welcome to New Loretto‚ a crumbling monument to American ambition and greed. Once a booming Midwestern manufacturing hub‚ the city now breathes through rusted lungs‚ choking on corruption‚ concrete‚ and the blood of back-alley deals.

Divided into three broken boroughs‚ New Loretto is a place where union bosses drink with mobsters‚ mayors answer to cartels‚ and the streets belong to gangs more than they ever did to the police. Decay clings to its brick walls and neon lights flicker over lives being traded for cash‚ power‚ or silence.

From the flooded docks of IronPort where bodies float quietly under freight containers‚ to the graffiti-covered streets of District 13 where every block bleeds gang colors‚ to Downtown Loretto's gla*s towers built on laundered millions the city is alive‚ but barely holding it together.

Here‚ everyones got a hustle˸ the mafia owns the unions‚ the feds are on the take‚ and even the preachers run side rackets.

New Loretto doesnt promise a future.
It sells the illusion of one‚ wrapped in lies‚ lit by streetlamps‚ and bought with blood.
