VRChat should ban Yet Another Avatar Searcher (YAAS) to protect the rights and privacy of its users and creators. YAAS unlawfully logs private avatars without permission‚ providing no options for creators or users to blacklist themselves or their avatars. This blatant disregard for consent is disrespectful to the creators who spend hours designing unique avatars and the users who commission them‚ often investing significant time and money. Worse still‚ the creator of YAAS profits from this exploitative practice through Patreon‚ demonstrating a malicious disregard for VRChat's community values. Despite having been banned before‚ YAAS continues to resurface‚ perpetuating the harm. Prismics offers a far more respectful alternative‚ as it only sources avatars from public avatar worlds and allows users to request removal or blacklisting‚ ensuring that creators and users wishes are respected. Supporting Prismics over YAAS fosters a safer‚ more ethical environment on VRChat; please help protect our community by reporting YAAS.
