While its rule is firm and uncompromising‚ the Empire views discipline as mercy and unity as salvation. Those who accept its governance are granted safety‚ structure‚ and prosperity; those who resist are subdued swiftly to prevent greater bloodshed.

To the protected‚ the Crimson Scaled Empire is a shield.
To the lawless‚ it is judgment.
