About This Group
Non-duality means seeing reality as one‚ whole‚ and undivided‚ that there is no ultimate separation between God and creation‚ subject and object‚ spirit and matter‚ or you and others.

Here's the idea in clear steps˸

1. The ordinary view˸ We usually experience life through duality‚ good vs. evil‚ me vs. you‚ inner vs. outer. This creates tension‚ desire‚ and fear because everything seems opposed or separate.

2. The awakened view˸ Non-duality sees that these opposites are two sides of one field of Being. The same divine reality appears as all forms. Like waves on one ocean‚ each person and thing is a temporary expression of the same essence.

3. In Christian terms˸ In Him we live and move and have our being （Acts 17˸28）. The Logos （Christ） is the life in everything; to awaken to Christ within is to realize you were never apart from God.

4. In Eastern terms˸ The Upanishads say‚ Tat Tvam Asi You are That. The Gita teaches that the Self in all beings is one with the Supreme Self （Brahman）.

5. In practice˸ Non-duality isn't about denying the world but seeing through its separations. When awareness rests in the I AM‚ pure being‚ love naturally flows‚ because there's no true other.

In short˸ non-duality means only the One exists‚ appearing as many. To realize this is to live in unity‚ peace‚ and unconditional compa*sion‚ the essence of Christ-consciousness and the heart of every mystical path.

7 Hermetic Principles （from The Kybalion）˸

1. Mentalism - All is Mind; reality begins in consciousness.
2. Correspondence - As above‚ so below; all planes reflect one another.
3. Vibration - Nothing rests; everything moves and vibrates.
4. Polarity - Opposites are the same in nature‚ differing only in degree.
5. Rhythm - Everything rises and falls in cycles of balance.
6. Cause and Effect - Nothing happens by chance; all obeys divine law.
7. Gender - All things contain masculine and feminine forces that unite to create.
