Clan Asulf traces its roots back to Skjár Asulf‚ a Mandalorian warrior exiled from Clan Vizsla during the Old Mandalorian Wars. Seeking a place to raise a new kind of Mandalorian society‚ he discovered Valthorn Prime‚ an uncharted world of harsh forests‚ deep snows‚ and mountains sealed in hardened ice.
Skjárs warband settled into mountains and carved their fortress city‚ Thulskeld‚ directly into the stone. From this stronghold they slowly expanded into the continent that would become Frosthelm.
Clan Asulf became the only Mandalorian clan on the planet‚ shaping Valthorns future history and culture entirely around Mandalorian tradition mixed with native customs.
For generations‚ the clan˸
Pacified dangerous wildlife‚ formed allies with the few non mandalorian tribes across the continent‚ had built villages and towns across surrounding the nearby area of thulskeld making the first hold of frosthelm. The clan remained hidden from the wider galaxy for centuries.
In the 13 ABY‚ Valkyrie Asulf ascended as Aliit Alor. Under her leadership˸ Frosthelm became a unified Mandalorian kingdom in all but name‚ the clan modernized its warrior branches （Frostborn‚ Frost Jumpers‚ Ice Wraiths‚ etc.）
Relations with the New Republic and other Mandalorians began cautiously‚ off-world visitors were severely restricted for safety and cultural preservation. Her leadership solidified Clan Asulf as a sovereign Mandalorian nation-clan with its own identity and spiritual traditions.
Today‚ Clan Asulf stands as the sole ruling clan of Valthorn Prime‚ guardians of Frosthelm and its people‚ protectors of the sacred wilderness and fiercely loyal to the Aliit Alor‚ Valkyrie Asulf
