About This Group

Intersex is an umbrella term used to describe variations in chromosomes ＆ or physical sex traits or reproductive anatomy that are present at birth or emerge later in life‚ and differ from normative expectations of male and female. Medical erasure‚ systemic discrimination‚ and a lack of data collection have posed great challenges to the intersex community.

Which is why I'm making this group‚ to spread awarenessǃ Because nobody can make intersex mean invisible.
So be proud of who we are. We are real and commonǃ （even more than redheads）
As much as 33％ of （non-insect） animal species are intersexǃ
Intersexuality is normal and is NOT a disordered development⁄mutation nor an error. We are natural occurrences in nature of genetics and we aren't flawed. Studied estimations even suggest 1 in 50 people are intersexǃ
