About This Group

The voices in my head are often not mine.
The thoughts in my head are often not mine.
The feelings inside me are often not mine.
But I try to deal with them.

My demons will always be there‚ whether for or against me. Thoughts‚ emotions‚ in some situations these belong to them. Fighting against them often doesn't help; sometimes it's easier to accept them and to come to terms with them.
