A Stoic? "a person who can endure pain or hardship without showing their feelings or complaining." it is not to be emotionless‚ but to remain unaffected by your emotions.

For those of us who live our lives in the real world‚ there is one branch of philosophy created just for us? Stoicism. Its a philosophy designed to make us more resilient‚ happier‚ more virtuous and more wiseand as a result‚ better people‚ better parents and better professionals.

Amor fati? is a Latin phrase that may be translated as "love of fate" or "love of one's fate". It is used to describe an attitude in which one sees everything that happens in one's life‚ including suffering and loss‚ as good or‚ at the very least‚ necessary.

Don't sweat the small things in life and don't worry about what you cant control. many have been broken‚ many have been beaten. getting nocked down is okay‚ choosing to stay down is a problem.
