Executive Level

1. Chairman of the Ethics Committee Highest authority; reports directly to the Administrator . Final arbiter on all ethical rulings.
2. Vice-Chairman / Deputy Chair Second-in-command; a*sumes authority in the Chairmans absence.

Senior Level

3. High Councilor Senior advisors; oversee divisions (Medical Ethics‚ Research Ethics‚ Containment Ethics). Vote on high-priority cases.
4. Councilor Full voting members; participate in hearings and policy creation.

Operational Level

5. Senior Ethics Officer Experienced officers at major Sites/MTFs; authority to halt or approve operations.
6. Ethics Officer Standard field officers; ensure compliance with protocols at sites‚ departments‚ and MTFs.
7. Junior Ethics Officer / Trainee New appointees; a*sist with case research‚ report writing‚ and hearings under supervision.

8. Ethics Clerk Maintains records‚ organizes hearings‚ ensures procedural compliance.
9. Administrative Aide Entry-level support staff; scheduling‚ filing‚ and preliminary case prep.
