What is an 'age dreamer'? It refers to someone who willingly and enjoys mentally regressing to a younger age for comfort‚ relaxation‚ or fun‚ without feeling the need to identify it as age regression.
It is all about embracing a childlike mindset‚ for a sense of joy‚ nostalgia‚ or self-care.

Not to be confused with 'age regression'‚ where one may involuntarily‚ and/or unwillingly‚ regress to a much younger age and may have no control over when or where it may happen.
