Neon city is for anyone who is looking for a semi-serious RP in a dystopian future where the streets are run by gangs‚ and the Skysc**pers are owned by the corporations that aren't afraid to screw over the little man. Every day could be a fight for survival or your ticket into riches. It's up to you to make your own story here‚ in Neon City!
