お昼～夕方の時間帯フレンドがINしておらず暇な人やゲームワールドが好きなのに一緒に遊ぶ人が居ない人など、ゲムワが好きでやることがない人達同士集まればお互い幸せになるんじゃないかという思惑から生まれた
