DRAMA COURT/SUMMIT COURT PROCESS

1. Prosecuting opening statement
2. Defense opening statement
3. Prosecution is given 2 minutes to grab 3 pieces of evidence.
- If prosecution needs more pieces‚ they can be given up to 5‚ but defense must agree to that amount‚ and they can also have that amount of items.
4. Defense is given 2 minutes to grab 3 (or the agreed amount of) pieces of evidence.
5. Prosecution presents their evidence.
6. Defense cross examines evidence.
7. Defense presents their evidence.
8. Prosecution cross examines evidence.
9. Testimony happens back and forth including witness' testimony.
10. Judge (foxlaser) makes final verdict.
